We will not rush you to find a home and we have no problem showing you as many condos that is necessary to find the right one. 2. The second type of condo search is the "Auto Realtor Assistant." This free, high tech option is by far the most commonly used search method. To be setup for this great service just call us, toll free 888-720-0792 and we will setup the "Auto Realtor Assistant" after getting the important details we will need to set you up.Things we will be asking include; how many beds and baths, do you need a Gulf water view, do you want a private elevator, garage, patio, how much square footage do you need and if you need a boat dock. We ask that you try to review all of the listings we send at least once a day.When you find a condo that looks good just email or call us and we will schedule a showing of the condo.
3. The third type of condo search is full Realtor assistance. This is not a common practice but it is available. We will give you a brief phone interview about what you are looking for in a condo, similar to the questions above. After we interview you, we will come up with a list of all the condos in Sandpearl Residences that meet your needs. A licensed Realtor will then come to your home to go over all of the listings in Sandpearl Residences. If anything looks appealing, we will schedule an appointment to show you the properties.
